Will I need to register yet again on the new portal?
Yes, due to privacy regulations we can’t simply move over your login info, and data between different companies.
When will the new portal be available?
The new portal will be available at www.airable.fm some time at 31. Oct. 2024
If there’s a problem with the new portal or some other issue, how can an end user open up a ticket with airable?
There will be help forms on the new site. No need for registration.
Will users’ existing favorites be carried over to the new portal?
There will be an export feature in the Frontier portal, and an import feature in the airable portal.
Will the ability to enter a personal URL remain?
Yes
Will the portal features be the same?
Functions mostly remain. The favorites will be shared across all devices managed. No longer able to create separate device groups.
